The Black, Educated, Successful, Thriving (B.E.S.T.) Young Male Enrichment Program is currently undergoing the approval process to become a 501(c)(3) organization. In the interim, Propel Nonprofits serves as the 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor of B.E.S.T. and processes donations on our behalf for those seeking a tax deduction.
